Here are some answers to frequently asked questions (“faq”) about receiving online legal counsel from our firm.
Can I meet with you in person?

How much do your services cost?
The initial consultation is $69. For every case you submit, we will provide you with an initial consultation. It includes what laws affect your case and what options you have. If our firm is able to assist you with your case, we will also provide a Professional Services Agreement. The cost of the services we will provide for you will be included in the Professional Services Agreement.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I register for your site if I don’t live in Texas?
Our law firm is only able to serve clients who need assistance with matters involving Texas law. Such matters include those that involve Texas residents, incidents taking place in Texas, and businesses operating in Texas.
What if I have a case that doesn’t fit into any of the types of cases you have listed?
Our law firm currently only accepts the types of cases that are listed on our website. The State Bar of Texas provides a lawyer referral service that can connect you with an attorney who provides services for your type of case.
What if I only need a consultation to get an answer to a legal question?
You may schedule an appointment for a consultation by calling (832) 626-7310. There will be a $69 fee for a 45 minute consultation.
Is your website secure?
We use two levels of encryption to keep your information protected. Your information is first encrypted by an SSL certificate that prevents anyone from discovering when it is uploaded/downloaded. The information is stored on the website in an encrypted format.
While we have gone through great lengths to employ the best practices in maintaining website security, and we will continue to update the website as best practices develop, we cannot predict what innovations will occur in breaching website security measures.
We do not store any credit card information.
What do you do with my information?
We use your information for providing you with the legal services that you request from us. We do not distribute any of your information to third parties.
